Patrick holds FINRA Series 22 and 63 licenses, in addition to his California real estate license. He can provide a broad range of investment diversification options and solutions for his clients. His FINRA Securities licenses requires he uphold a much higher fiduciary standard than if he had a real estate license alone. Indeed, securities law requires Patrick to ensure that any investments he recommends to his clients meet each individual client’s suitability needs.
